Kingdom of Meridies

The Kingdom of Meridies is a regional administrative division within the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), a community dedicated to recreating medieval and Renaissance history through arts, combat, and culture. Covering parts of the southeastern United States, Meridies functions as a governing body that organizes events, supports local groups called baronies and shires, and promotes the SCA’s goals of education and participation. It provides a structured framework for members to explore historical crafts, martial activities, and culture in a collaborative environment, aiming to foster camaraderie and a deeper appreciation of historical traditions.
