Kingdom of Arzawa
The Kingdom of Arzawa was an ancient region and power in western Anatolia (modern-day Turkey) during the late Bronze Age, roughly from the 16th to the 12th centuries BCE. It was a significant political and cultural entity, often interacting with powerful neighbors like the Hittite Empire and other Anatolian kingdoms. Arzawa's territory included parts of the Aegean coast, and it was known for its unique local culture, trade, and conflicts with neighboring states. Though less documented than some of its neighbors, Arzawa played a key role in the region’s complex political landscape during the Late Bronze Age.
