Kinesiological Studies

Kinesiological studies examine how the human body moves, functions, and interacts during activity. They analyze muscle actions, joint movements, and energy use to understand movement efficiency, improve performance, and prevent injuries. This field combines knowledge from anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and often psychology to enhance physical activity, rehabilitation, and overall motor skills. Essentially, kinesiologists study why and how we move to optimize health and performance across different populations and activities.
