Khowar

Khowar is a language spoken primarily in the Chitral Valley of northern Pakistan. It belongs to the Dardic group of Indo-Aryan languages and has a rich literary tradition. Khowar uses its own script based on Perso-Arabic, and features unique phonetic and grammatical characteristics.
