Khojki script
Khojki is a historical script used primarily by the Sindhi community in South Asia. It is a variant of the Sharada script, developed around the 14th century, and was employed mainly for writing Sindhi, especially in religious and literary contexts, including the transmission of Sikh texts. Khojki's distinctive characters allowed for precise articulation of sounds unique to the Sindhi language. Although its usage declined with the adoption of other scripts like Devanagari and Arabic, Khojki remains significant for cultural preservation and historical research related to Sindhi literature and Sikh heritage.
