Ketuvim
Ketuvim, meaning "Writings" in Hebrew, is the third section of the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh). It includes a diverse collection of texts such as poetry (Psalms, Proverbs), philosophical reflections (Ecclesiastes), historical accounts (Ezra, Nehemiah), and stories (Ruth, Esther). These writings explore themes of faith, ethics, wisdom, and human experience. Ketuvim offers spiritual insight, inspires worship, and provides cultural and historical context for Jewish tradition. It complements the Law (Torah) and Prophets (Nevi'im), enriching the overall message and spiritual life of Judaism.
