Kenyan government
Kenya's government is a republic with a President as the head of state and government, elected by the people. It has three branches: the executive, which enforces laws; the legislature, which makes laws and consists of two Houses—the National Assembly and the Senate; and the judiciary, which interprets laws through courts. Kenya also has devolved governments called counties, each with its own governor and assembly, allowing local decision-making. The system emphasizes democratic representation, rule of law, and decentralization to serve its diverse population effectively.
