Kentucky Association of Counties

The Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) is a nonprofit organization that supports Kentucky’s county governments. It provides resources, training, and advocacy to help counties effectively manage local services like roads, law enforcement, and public health. KACo also represents counties' interests at the state and federal levels, ensuring they have a voice in legislation affecting local governance. Its goal is to promote strong, well-managed counties that serve their residents efficiently and effectively.
