Karl Marx's Theories

Karl Marx's theories, particularly historical materialism, assert that the development of human society is primarily driven by material conditions and economic factors. He argued that the way people produce and distribute goods shapes social structures, politics, and culture. Marx highlighted the conflict between different social classes—primarily between the bourgeoisie (capitalists) and the proletariat (working class)—as a catalyst for social change. He believed that capitalism inherently leads to class struggle, ultimately resulting in its own demise and the rise of a classless society, where resources and power are shared more equitably.
