Kappa Cassiopeiae

Kappa Cassiopeiae is a massive, luminous star located in the constellation Cassiopeia. It is classified as a supergiant, meaning it has expanded to a size much larger than our Sun and shines brightly in the night sky. This star is extremely hot and emits a lot of energy, making it appear very bright from Earth. Kappa Cassiopeiae is also known for its variability, meaning its brightness can change over time. As a supergiant, it is nearing the end of its life and will eventually go through dramatic changes, possibly ending in a supernova explosion.
