Kailash Mansarovar is a sacred mountain located in Tibet, considered one of the most revered spiritual sites in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Bon. Standing at approximately 6,638 meters (21,778 feet), Kailash is believed to be the abode of Lord Shiva in Hindu tradition and a symbol of spiritual fulfillment in other faiths. Pilgrims undertake challenging journeys to circumambulate the mountain, viewing it as an act of purification and devotion.
