Kadashman-Enlil II
Kadashman-Enlil II was a king of Babylon around 1224–1215 BCE, during the early 13th century BCE. He ruled during a period of political change and was part of the Kassite dynasty, which held control over Babylon for several centuries. His reign involved maintaining stability and defending against external threats while respecting traditional religious practices. Like many ancient rulers, his authority was reflected through inscriptions and artifacts that attest to his leadership. Though not as widely known as some other kings, his rule contributes to our understanding of Babylon’s history during a turbulent period of Near Eastern history.
