Kabbadi

Kabaddi is a competitive team sport originating from South Asia, combining elements of tag and wrestling. Two teams of seven players each battle on a marked field, taking turns sending a "raider" into the opponent's side to tag out defenders and return to their side without being tackled. The raider must repeatedly chant "kabaddi" to show they hold their breath, ensuring continuous breath control. Successful raids earn points, while defenders aim to stop the raider and prevent points. The game emphasizes agility, strength, and strategic teamwork, making it an exciting display of athleticism and tactics.
