Jury Consultant

A jury consultant is a professional who helps lawyers select the best jurors for a trial. They analyze potential jurors’ backgrounds, attitudes, and behaviors through questionnaires and interviews to predict how they might view the case. By doing so, they aim to assemble a fair and impartial jury or one that is favorable to their client's position. Jury consultants also advise attorneys on trial strategy, voir dire (jury selection questions), and ways to present the case effectively. Their goal is to improve the chances of a favorable outcome by understanding and influencing jury dynamics.
