Juraj Križanić

Juraj Križanić (1618–1683) was a Croatian philosopher and theologian who is considered a pioneering thinker of Pan-Slavism. He believed that Slavic nations shared a common cultural and spiritual identity and should unite to defend their interests and preserve their heritage. Križanić promoted the idea of cultural and political unity among Slavs, emphasizing the importance of shared history and values.
