Juntas de Guerra
"Juntas de Guerra" were military councils or wartime committees established during Spain’s Civil War (1936-1939). They coordinated military strategy, logistics, and decision-making across various factions and regions supporting the Spanish Republic. Operating as collective leadership bodies, they aimed to unify efforts against the Nationalist forces, manage resource allocation, and facilitate communication among different military units. These juntas played a critical role in organizing resistance, adapting strategies, and responding to evolving battlefield conditions during the conflict.
