Julianus
Julianus was a Roman emperor who ruled from 361 to 363 AD. His full name was Julius Julianus, and he was elected by the Roman Senate after the death of his predecessor, Emperor Constantius II. Julianus aimed to restore traditional Roman religious practices and reduce the influence of Christianity in favor of pagan religions. His reign was short-lived, ending when he was killed during a military campaign in Persia. Despite his brief rule, Julianus is remembered for attempting to revive pagan traditions and for his efforts to stabilize the empire during a turbulent period.
