Joseph Wesley Harper

Joseph Wesley Harper (1881–1968) was an influential American engineer and inventor, best known for developing the Harper Air Brake System, which significantly improved train safety and efficiency. His innovations allowed for better control of train movements, reducing accidents and enabling longer and heavier trains.
