José Manuel Barroso

José Manuel Barroso is a Portuguese politician who served as the President of the European Commission from 2004 to 2014. The European Commission is the executive branch of the European Union, responsible for proposing laws, implementing policies, and managing the EU's daily operations. Prior to this role, he was Portugal’s Prime Minister.
