John Wayne Gacy case

John Wayne Gacy was an American serial killer who murdered at least 33 young men and boys between 1972 and 1978. Operating under a facade of community involvement, he lured victims to his home, where he kept some as living in his house and others he killed. Gacy often sexually assaulted his victims before killing them, typically strangulation. His crimes went undetected until investigators linked the disappearances and uncovered human remains buried in his property. Gacy was arrested in 1978, convicted of his crimes, and executed in 1994. His case is one of the most notorious serial killer cases in U.S. history.
