Johari Window

The Johari Window is a tool for understanding self-awareness and interpersonal relationships. It divides knowledge about yourself into four areas: what you know and others know (open), what you know but others don’t (hidden), what others know but you don’t (blind), and what neither you nor others know (unknown). By sharing and seeking feedback, you can expand your open area, improving communication and trust. It’s useful for personal growth and building better relationships by clarifying self-perceptions and encouraging mutual understanding.
