Johann Friedrich Struensee

Johann Friedrich Struensee was a German doctor and political reformer who served as a minister in Denmark in the early 1770s. He is best known for his radical ideas promoting enlightenment principles—such as freedom of speech, education, and legal reforms—which he implemented while advising King Christian VII.
