Joe Louis Arena was a renowned sports venue in Detroit, Michigan, primarily known as the home of the Detroit Red Wings hockey team from 1979 to 2017. Named after boxing legend Joe Louis, the arena hosted NHL games, concerts, and other events, making it a central hub for entertainment and sports in the city. Featuring a seating capacity of around 20,000, it was celebrated for its passionate atmosphere and rich history.
