Jock Zonfrillo was an acclaimed Australian chef and restaurateur known for his innovative approach to native Australian ingredients. He co-founded prestigious restaurants and was passionate about promoting Indigenous Australian culture and cuisine. Zonfrillo dedicated much of his work to highlighting Indigenous stories through food, helping to elevate traditional ingredients and cooking techniques. His efforts contributed significantly to Australia's culinary scene, earning respect for blending modern gastronomy with Indigenous heritage. Zonfrillo was also involved in mentoring young chefs and supporting Indigenous communities until his untimely passing in 2023.
