Jim Nicholson

Jim Nicholson is an American politician and veteran who served as the Chairman of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Advisory Committee on Gulf War Veterans’ Illnesses and was a former U.S. Ambassador to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). He also served as the 16th Chairman of the Republican National Committee from 2001 to 2005. Nicholson has a background in military service, having served in the U.S. Army and as a White House aide.
