JIATF-S

JIATF-S (Joint Interagency Task Force South) is a U.S. military organization that works with partner countries to detect, monitor, and interdict illegal drug trafficking in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific regions. They coordinate intelligence sharing and operational efforts among multiple agencies to prevent drugs from reaching North America. By tracking suspicious maritime and air activity, JIATF-S helps disrupt drug smuggling routes, enhance regional security, and support law enforcement efforts, ultimately reducing the flow of illegal drugs and related violence.
