Jewish Christianity

Jewish Christianity refers to the early followers of Jesus who remained connected to Jewish traditions and beliefs. These believers saw Jesus as the Messiah and continued to observe Jewish laws and customs, often worshiping in synagogues. Over time, Jewish Christianity distinguished itself from the broader pagan-influenced Christianity, which was more Gentile-oriented and less tied to Jewish practices. This movement played a key role in the development of Christian theology and identity before Christianity became predominantly separate from Judaism. Today, some groups, like Messianic Jews, maintain a blend of Jewish tradition and belief in Jesus as the Messiah.
