Jena Philosophy

Jain philosophy is an ancient Indian spiritual tradition emphasizing non-violence (ahimsa), truth (satya), and self-discipline to achieve spiritual liberation (moksha). It teaches that every living being has a soul and is interconnected, so harming others harms oneself. Jains believe that karma accumulates through actions, affecting one's future rebirths. The path to liberation involves ethical living, non-possessiveness (aparigraha), and meditation. By practicing these principles, Jains aim to purify their souls, reduce negative karma, and ultimately attain liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
