James the Less
James the Less is traditionally considered one of Jesus's twelve apostles, often distinguished from James the Greater by his lesser prominence or physical stature. He is believed to have been a close follower of Jesus and possibly a relative, such as a cousin. In some traditions, he is also identified with James, the son of Alphaeus, and is thought to have played a significant role in early Christian leadership. Despite less mention in the Gospels, he is honored as a faithful disciple and a foundational figure in the early Christian community.
