Jötunheimr
Jötunheimr, in Norse mythology, is the land of the giants (Jotnar), who are powerful and sometimes adversarial beings different from gods. It is described as a rugged, wild, and remote realm located somewhere beyond the known worlds, often depicted as a cold, mountainous landscape. Jötunheimr is one of the Nine Worlds connected by the cosmic tree Yggdrasil. The giants living there have complex relationships with the gods, sometimes antagonistic, but also sharing kinship and interaction. This realm symbolizes chaos and primal forces within the Norse mythic universe.
