J-REIT
A J-REIT, or Japanese Real Estate Investment Trust, is a company that owns, manages, and finances real estate properties such as office buildings, apartments, warehouses, or retail centers in Japan. Investors can buy shares of a J-REIT on the stock market, allowing them to earn income from property rents and potential property value appreciation without directly owning the properties. J-REITs are regulated and must distribute most of their income as dividends, providing investors with a stable income stream. They serve as a way for individuals and institutions to participate in the real estate market with liquidity and diversification.
