ISRES (Improved Stochastic Ranking Evolution Strategy) is an optimization algorithm designed to find the best solutions in complex problems with many variables and uncertainties. It mimics natural evolution, using a population of candidate solutions that are repeatedly refined through processes similar to mutation and selection. ISRES introduces stochastic (random) elements to better explore the search space and employs a ranking system to balance optimizing the objective with handling constraints.
