
Israelite Patriarchs
The Israelite patriarchs are foundational figures in Jewish tradition, considered the founding fathers of the Israelites. They include Abraham, who entered into a covenant with God; his son Isaac; and Isaac’s son Jacob, whose twelve sons founded the twelve tribes of Israel. These patriarchs are revered for their faithfulness and leadership, shaping the spiritual and national identity of the Israelites.
