Isidore Isou

Isidore Isou was a Romanian-born French artist and thinker, known as the founder of the Nouveau Réalisme movement and for developing an innovative art form called "Lettrism." This movement challenged traditional art by emphasizing spontaneous expression, the importance of the letter and sound, and exploring new ways of representing reality.
