Ironman events

Ironman events are long-distance triathlons that test endurance and mental toughness. They consist of a 2.4-mile (3.86 km) swim, a 112-mile (180.25 km) bike ride, and a full marathon of 26.2 miles (42.20 km) running, completed sequentially without breaks. Participants must train extensively to build stamina, strength, and strategy. These events challenge athletes physically and mentally, requiring disciplined preparation and determination to finish within a set time limit. Ironman races are held worldwide and are regarded as one of the most demanding endurance feats.
