Irish Catholic Bishops' Conference
The Irish Catholic Bishops’ Conference is a collective body of Catholic bishops in Ireland who work together to guide the church’s mission, beliefs, and activities within the country. They coordinate pastoral initiatives, promote social justice, and support clergy and laypeople. The conference also communicates with the government and the public on moral and ethical issues from a Catholic perspective. While they do not govern local parishes directly, they provide leadership, guidance, and a unified voice for the Irish Catholic community.
