Invader
An invader is an organism or entity that enters and establishes itself in a new environment where it is not native. This can include plants, animals, fungi, or microbes. Invaders often spread rapidly, outcompeting local species for resources and sometimes causing ecological or economic harm. They can arrive intentionally, like for agriculture or ornamentation, or unintentionally, through trade and travel. Managing invaders involves monitoring, controlling their spread, and restoring affected ecosystems to preserve biodiversity and stability.
