Intervenors
Intervenors are individuals or groups that are not original parties to a legal case but seek to become involved because they have a stake in the outcome. They request permission from the court to participate in the proceedings, either to support one side or to protect their own interests. Their role is to provide additional perspectives or information that might influence the court's decision. Intervenors help ensure the case considers relevant interests beyond the primary parties, especially when the outcome could affect their rights, responsibilities, or resources.
