International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA)

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) is an organization established in 1998 that unites countries dedicated to remembering and combating anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial. It promotes education, research, and public awareness about the Holocaust’s history and lessons. The IHRA develops principles and definitions, such as the widely adopted IHRA Working Definition of Anti-Semitism, to help governments and institutions recognize and address anti-Semitic behaviors. Its goal is to foster understanding, tolerance, and the prevention of hatred and discrimination related to the Holocaust and anti-Semitism worldwide.
