Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is a tool designed to assess an individual's intercultural competence—how well they understand and navigate interactions with people from different cultural backgrounds. It measures a person's mindset and skill level on a scale that ranges from an ethnocentric perspective, where one’s own culture is considered superior, to an ethnorelative perspective, where one appreciates and adapts to diverse cultures.
