instruction and learning

Instruction is the process of guiding or teaching someone—providing information, directions, or training to help them acquire new skills or knowledge. Learning, on the other hand, is the internal process where a person actively understands, retains, and applies what they've been taught. Essentially, instruction delivers the content, while learning is how the individual absorbs and uses that content to grow or perform better. Both work together: instruction sets the foundation, and learning is the personal journey of integrating that foundation into one’s abilities and understanding.
