Infrared Camouflage

Infrared camouflage is a technology designed to help objects or individuals avoid detection by infrared sensors, which are commonly used in surveillance and military applications. While visible light allows us to see colors, infrared waves are emitted as heat. Infrared camouflage works by either reflecting infrared light or mimicking the heat signature of the surrounding environment. This makes it difficult for infrared cameras or thermal imaging devices to distinguish the camouflaged object from its background, thus enhancing stealth and protection for military personnel, vehicles, or equipment in various situations.
