Indoor football
Indoor football is a variant of American football played inside a smaller, enclosed arena, typically about half the size of a traditional outdoor field. The game emphasizes faster pace, higher scoring, and continuous action due to fewer players (usually 8 or 9 per team) and different rules that accommodate the indoor setting. Unlike outdoor football, it features padded walls and often allows the ball to bounce off these walls. The sport maintains core elements like passing, running, and scoring touchdowns but offers a dynamic, high-energy experience suited for indoor venues and shorter game durations.
