Indian Public Service Commission
The Indian Public Service Commission (PSC) is a government body responsible for recruiting candidates for various administrative roles across India. It ensures a transparent and merit-based selection process through competitive examinations, interviews, and assessments. Each state has its own PSC (State PSC), and there is also the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for central positions. The PSC evaluates applicants’ qualifications and skills to find suitable candidates for civil services, bureaucratic positions, and other government jobs, helping maintain an efficient and competent bureaucracy to serve the public interest.
