Indian numerals

Indian numerals are a traditional numeral system used primarily in India and some neighboring countries, consisting of unique symbols for numbers 0 through 9. They are different from the familiar Western Arabic numerals (0-9) used globally today. The system is part of the larger Indian numbering framework, which includes names and positions for large numbers like thousand, lakh (100,000), and crore (10 million).
