Inclusion advocates

Inclusion advocates are individuals or groups who promote and support the active participation and equal treatment of all people, regardless of differences such as race, gender, disability, or background. They work to create environments—schools, workplaces, communities—where everyone feels valued, respected, and able to contribute fully. Their goal is to eliminate barriers and ensure diverse individuals have access to opportunities, fostering fairness and understanding. Essentially, inclusion advocates champion diversity and work to build more welcoming, equitable spaces for all individuals.
