Impracticability
Impracticability refers to a situation where fulfilling an obligation or contract becomes extremely difficult, costly, or impossible due to unforeseen circumstances. It doesn't mean that the task is simply hard; instead, significant changes in conditions make it unreasonable to proceed as initially planned. For example, if a natural disaster destroys a construction site, completing the project as agreed may be deemed impracticable. In such cases, parties may seek to renegotiate terms or be released from their obligations because the original agreement can no longer be realistically fulfilled.
