Ibn Sina

Ibn Sina, also known as Avicenna, was a highly influential Persian philosopher, physician, and scientist from the Islamic Golden Age (980–1037). He made groundbreaking contributions to medicine, including writing "The Canon of Medicine," a major medical textbook that shaped healthcare in Europe and the Islamic world for centuries.
