Hypostatic Union

The Hypostatic Union is a theological term describing how Jesus Christ is both fully God and fully human at the same time. It means that in one person, Jesus, these two natures are united without mixing or losing their individual qualities. While Jesus is divine, embodying God's nature, he also has a human body and mind. This union allows Jesus to relate to humanity perfectly, being both divine authority and a genuine human being, without confusion or separation of these two natures.
