Hypnoanesthesia

Hypnoanesthesia is a medical technique where a trained practitioner uses guided hypnosis to induce a state of deep relaxation and focused attention, reducing or eliminating pain perception during procedures. Unlike traditional anesthesia, it doesn’t rely on drugs, minimizing side effects. The patient remains conscious, able to cooperate, yet typically experiences little or no discomfort. Hypnoanesthesia leverages the mind's ability to alter sensory perception, making it a useful complement or alternative to conventional anesthesia in certain medical and dental procedures, especially when minimizing drug use is beneficial.
